Creating a New Aura Network Wallet with Leap

Follow these simple steps to create your first Aura Network wallet:

Step 1: Download the Extension

First, download the Leap Wallet browser extension.

Step 2: Choose "Create a New Wallet"

When you open the extension, you'll see three options:

• Create a new wallet

• Import an existing Cosmostation or Keplr wallet

• Import using a seed phrase

Select "Create a new wallet" to start fresh.

Step 3: Secure Your Seed Phrase

You'll be shown a seed phrase. This is extremely important - write it down and store it somewhere safe and secure. Never share this seed phrase with anyone.

Note: This seed phrase is your only way to recover your wallet if you lose access. Leap cannot help you recover your wallet if you lose this phrase.

Step 4: Verify Your Seed Phrase

Add the missing words from the seed phrase you've noted down. This extra step ensures you've properly recorded your recovery phrase.

Step 5: Create a Password

Create a strong password to encrypt your wallet. Make sure it's something you'll remember.

Step 6: Access Your Wallet

Your wallet is now ready! Access it by clicking on the Leap Wallet icon in your browser's toolbar. If you can't find it, look for the "puzzle piece" icon to see all installed extensions, then pin Leap Wallet to your toolbar.
